## A father she never knew

Ainun is a young woman who grew up in an Islamic boarding school. Her world changes completely when she learns that her biological father, who has just died and whom she was separated from long ago, was Abah Mulya — a spiritual healer who was highly respected yet also highly controversial, and who ran a remote, mysterious compound (a padepokan).

## A frightening final will

Ainun travels to attend his funeral with her close friends Bagas and Rini. On arrival she is drawn into her father's strange and dangerous legacy and discovers a terrifying truth: he was in fact the leader of a deviant cult, whose dark rituals departed completely from true religious teaching.

When the final will formally declares that Ainun is the heir who must receive her father's black-magic power, her friends must race against time to save her soul before the demonic force swallows her whole.
