This policy explains how 123KH handles information when you use the site. We collect as little as the site needs to work.

1. Information we handle

  • Account data (only if you sign up): Email address, display name, and a hashed password, or the basic profile a sign-in provider gives us.
  • Feature data: Watchlist, playback progress, and preferences. Some of this is kept in your browser's storage rather than on our servers.
  • Usage and technical data: Which titles are played, an anonymous visitor identifier, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and security events. We use this in aggregate to see what is popular, keep the site running, and stop abuse.
  • Communications: Messages you send us, such as support, privacy, or copyright requests.

2. Third-party servers can see your IP address

123KH does not host any video. When you press play, your browser connects directly to a third-party server to fetch the stream. That server, and the network between you and it, can see your IP address and browser details. We do not control those servers, and their handling of data is governed by their own policies. If you do not want third-party hosts to see your IP address, use a reputable VPN.

3. Cookies, storage, and advertising

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, playback progress, and the watchlist. The site shows advertising from third-party ad networks; those networks may set their own cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page you are on. Ads can be switched off for a visit from the home screen. Your browser can clear or block cookies and storage, although some features will stop working.

4. Service providers

We rely on third parties for hosting and security, title metadata and images, trailers, analytics, and advertising. Loading those features may give the provider technical information such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, or its own cookies. Their privacy policies govern their handling of that information.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers as needed to run the site, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect users and the service. Playback and usage records are pruned automatically after a short period; account data is kept while the account exists and for a limited time afterwards for security and backups.

6. Your choices

You can manage preferences in Settings and delete browser storage at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, email hashkeyalpha@proton.me. We may need to verify the request, and we may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

7. Security and age

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. 123KH is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
