123KH respects intellectual-property rights. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act for one, and you believe material available on 123KH infringes your copyright, you can ask us to review it and remove or disable access to it using the process below.

## 1. Our response to notices

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the reported title on 123KH and keep a record of the claim. Accounts or sources that repeatedly submit or promote infringing material may be restricted.

## 2. Sending a notice

Email hashkeyalpha@proton.me with the subject line "DMCA notice". To be acted on, a notice must contain:

- The exact 123KH URL(s) where the material appears.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, and a registration number or official link if available).
- Your name, organization, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices, notices that name a domain rather than specific URLs, and automated bulk submissions without the statements above may not be processed. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can create legal liability for the sender.

## 3. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email hashkeyalpha@proton.me a counter-notice containing: your name, address, and telephone number; the URL(s) that were removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which 123KH may be found) and to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice; and your physical or electronic signature.

## 4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may restrict access from sources that repeatedly submit infringing links.
